Premises in project „Jono namai“

Total volume of the new four-storey eighteen-apartment hotel building will be divided into four sections by glassed-in stairwell planes vertically and at the second-floor level, by bay windows with balconies horizontally. For apartment residents to get into the premises of restaurant, at the second-floor level connection is planned to the restored annex of the building of the former sea salt warehouse (18th century building), where restaurants and cafes will settle. Main entrances to the building are planned to be from the Danė riverside and other entrances from the Jonas Hill side, where car parking area is also planned. The first floor will house Jono Namai' common and commercial premises while apartment rooms of various sizes will occupy the other floors.

The flooring of the first floor will boast fragments of foundations of St Johns church and historical excavations and exposition of pictures will demonstrate the life and leisure of townspeople of 16-19th centuries. This will give Jono Namai a unique historical value and individuality. Other three commercial premises of the first floor will host gift and souvenir shops and companies providing various services.
