Holiday homes “Valdovų krantas“
„Valdovų krantas" is a very high - level development of holiday homes in the region of Trakai, on the peninsula between the Bernardinai (Luka) and Nerespinka Lakes. 26 individual houses with mansards and bathhouses are built on 3.7 ha of land in the historical national park of Trakai, the design of the buildings blending in perfectly with the traditional surrounding architecture.
„Valdovų krantas" is an ideal place to live or holiday in, with plenty of opportunities for active pastimes, like sailing and diving.
The project was completed at the end of 2006. Reservation of houses is in progress.
Floorplan: we offer to chose from 3 projects. The area of each of the 26 houses ranges from 110 to 200 sq.m. All the houses have cosy terraces. Some of the houses have underground garages.
- Lots: individual one - floor houses are on 5 - 17.5-are lots. Nine lots are on the lake shore, the others are at a distance from the shore of up to 120 m.
- Bathhouses: four houses closest to the lake are on sale with separate 25- sq.m. bathhouses on the shore.
- Distance to Trakai, where the nearest supermarkets, kindergarten and school are located: 10 minutes by car or 15 on foot.
- Utilities and telecommunications: The „Valdovų krantas" development is connected to city mains. The telecommunications are digital.
- Communal areas: all communal areas are well arranged and lit at night. Roads are paved with asphalt. There are rest areas with wooden benches and a children‘s playground.
- Security: at the entrance to the settlement there is a 24-hour security post.
